Cancellations
Large Party and spa package clients are required to provide a credit card for all reservations; a 48 hour cancellation is required for these appointments or it will result in a charge to your credit card for the full amount of the service.

hairetcetera salon & spa accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, DEBIT, CHECKS, CASH for all service and products.
Returns/Refunds
We stand behind our products but should you be dissatisfied with any Haircare product purchased at hairetcetera salon & spa we will gladly apply the full value of the product to another product of your choice. All sales of brushes make up, skin care are final.

Hair design is an art. We encourage our designers to explore their creativity through this art while serving you, the client. Our commitment is that you will be completely satisfied with your services at hairetcetera salon & spa so if we have not met or exceeded your expectations please tell us. We stand behind our work because it is the result of sincere effort, skillful execution and high intention.
