Associate Training Program
Designed and adapted by Salon Summit, our six to nine month Associate Training Program is for newly licensed cosmetologists. In this role, Associates will work with one of our dedicated service providers to continue shaping their skills, growing in their knowledge of the industry, and learn how to become a career service provider. The Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest experiences, and business building. During the training period, the associate will also be working at least one day on the floor to build their clientele.

Stylists Position
If you are an established stylist with three or more years of experience, we will work with you to identify your level of skill, help onboard you to our product lines, policies, procedures, and get you acclimated to our team culture. Our goal is to get you on the floor servicing your guests as soon as possible while also providing you support to find your fit with us. We understand that, as a stylist, your goal of caring for your guests should also mirror our own passion for providing a space for clients to feel welcomed, relaxed, and pampered. As such, we will work together, side-by-side growing with each other through in-salon education opportunities, traveling to various classes, as well as providing mentoring through our Salon Summit programming to help you grow your clientele.

Guest Service Coordinator
Guest Service Coordinators are the backbone of our team. They help keep us organized, improve our client experiences, and anticipate the needs of team members. In this role, a Coordinator helps to provide our quests with the best customer experience, products, and services. They are often the first person our guests see which is why it is incredibly important that Coordinators have a positive disposition, care about making our guests feel their best, and have patience when dealing with client needs. Guest Service Coordinators must be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including evenings, daytimes and Saturdays. Successful coordinators are responsible, accountable, and flexible while having a desire to learn customer service, retail and product management, and project management.
